Adaro Energy Tbk.(Kode saham pada BEI:ADRO.JK) adalah Perusahaan Indonesia yang merupakan produsen batu bara terbesar di belahan bumi selatan dan keempat terbesar di dunia. CEO Garibaldi Thohir (orang indonesia) memiliki kira-kira seperenam saham dari Adaro, senilai lebih dari $ 1 miliar. Tahun ini keuntungan bersih perusahaan ini membaik kembali setelah jatuh 47% tahun lalu menjadi $ 245.000.000 (pada penurunan 4% dalam pendapatan menjadi $ 2,7 miliar). Pada semester pertama tahun ini Adaro sudah mendapatkan keuntungan bersih mencapai $ 268 juta, naik 113% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pendapatan naik 36% menjadi $ 1,8 miliar.

1. TAX STAFF (CONTRACT BASED)
Job responsibilities
  • Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation/payment/reporting
  • Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting
  • Assist to provide data for tax audit purpose
  • Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax
Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Competencies: Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team.
  • Willing to be on contractual basis

2. ACCOUNTING INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Job responsibilities
  • Record the availability and prepare all administrative requirements related to inventories which include incoming goods,
  • outgoing goods and stock taking and monitoring of inventory availability levels.
Job requirement
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Min 2 years of working experience
  • Having good analytical & communication skill
  • Having good experience in Inventory Management

3. SECRETARY
Job responsibilities
  • Supports administrative activities of Division Head & Department Heads that related task & function in related Division
  • Performs secretarial tasks for Division, such as to manage incoming and outcoming document as well as maintaining a good
  • record of documents, arrangement meeting and business trip in related Division.
  • Administering correspondence, logistics, and personnel departments in related Division
Job requirement
  • Min Diploma 3 majoring Secretary or Administration
  • Have min 2 years experience as Secretary
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
