PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. / PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna (IDX: HMSP) adalah perusahaan rokok terbesar di Indonesia. Kantor pusatnya berada di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan ini sebelumnya merupakan perusahaan yang dimiliki keluarga Sampoerna, namun sejak Mei 2005 kepemilikan mayoritasnya berpindah tangan ke Philip Morris International, perusahaan rokok terbesar di dunia dari Amerika Serikat, mengakhiri tradisi keluarga yang melebihi 90 tahun.

Beberapa merek rokok terkenal dari Sampoerna adalah Dji Sam Soe dan A Mild. Dji Sam Soe adalah merek lama yang telah bertahan sejak masa awal perusahaan tersebut. Selain itu, perusahaan ini juga terkenal karena iklannya yang kreatif di media massa.

Pada tahun 2013, PT HM Sampoerna memenangkan Anugerah Produk Pertanian Berdaya Saing kategori CSR. Presiden Direktur PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Paul Norman Janelle, mengumumkan pabrik SKM (Sigaret Kretek Mesin) baru di Karawang yang diresmikan pertengahan tahun 2014 akan difokuskan untuk tujuan ekspor.

1. Internship Program 2019 (Magang)

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester, or just graduate with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Have excellent analytical thinking
• Have good communication skill
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to join the program for minimum 3 months period
• Willing to be based in Jakarta, Karawang, Surabaya and Sukorejo

2. Accountant - Surabaya (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Thailand Language)

Qualifications for Accountant

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00, other majors are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Having skill on other Asian Language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Thailand) is a must
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Having Knowledge about basic journal transaction
• Detail oriented and achievement oriented
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision

3. IS DevOps Engineer

Skills & experience

• An IT professional with at least 5 years’ experience in multinational enterprise environments
• Deep hands-on technical knowledge in:

• X86 Server hardware and operating systems
• Data storage technologies

• Software-defined compute, storage and network
• Infrastructure automation and orchestration
• Containers and container management

4. Database Engineer

• SQL Server Database Administration (Senior)

• Advanced configuration and performance troubleshooting
• Experience on highly critical environments that require 24x7 availability
• Windows Server Administration (Advanced concepts knowledge)
• PowerShell automation (Semi-Senior)
• Linux operation (Junior)

• Availability for weekend on call support
• Ability to write technical documentation

5. Web Hosting Engineer

Skills & experience

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
• Hands-on knowledge with Windows Web Stack (IIS and SQL Server)
• Has experience as IIS Admin (creating and configure sites in IIS)
• Hands-on knowledge with Microsoft operating system (Windows server, etc.);
• Hands-on knowledge with Linux operating system (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java, Bash, etc.;
• Basic knowledge in Networking
• Basic knowledge in Active Directory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under difficult and stressful situations;
• Has the ability to deal with ambiguity;
• Good time management skills to work efficiently;
